S and I made this frozen drink before dinner tonight.  It was so hot outside so this was perfect!  I haven't been eating or drinking a lot of things lately, and this recipe has been a great alternative to similar recipes with sugar and dairy.

Chocolate Mylk (From A Purely Delicious' Magazine) Serves 2-4

4 cups nut mylk of your choice (I use a young coconut.  The liquid and meat.)
1 C ice cubes (more, really... just until it's like a slushie... unless you like it thinner)
2-3 T Raw cacao powder
2-3 T honey or agave nectar (I use agave nectar)
2 T hulled hemp seeds
1/2 tsp maca powder (a root that grows at high altitudes and is good for hormonal balance... plus it adds to the flavor of the drink)
1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla (normal vanilla will do)
Pinch of sea salt (real salt is best)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
If you want, you can also add some freshly ground raw cacao nibs.  Mmmm.
